QUALUX Shipping Policy

Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Standard Shipping (UK): 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping (UK): 2-4 business days
• International Shipping: 7-10 business days (varies by destination)
(NOTE: However, wigs that are yet to be customized or made could take up to 19 days to be delivered within the UK. Depending on the style.)

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• QUALUX is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@qualuxhair.com
• QUALUX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned, and reshipping fees will apply.
